1. Acceptance of Terms
DustraWorld ("the Game") is operated by Divergent Softworks Ltd (Company Number: 16221094) ("we", "our", or "us"). By accessing, registering for, or playing the Game, or using any associated services, websites, and community platforms, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to all terms and conditions, you must not create an account or use our services.
2. Account Registration & Security
To access multiplayer gameplay, you must register an account with a valid email address and password. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
- You must be at least 13 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) to create an account.
- You agree to provide truthful and accurate registration details.
- Strict Single-Account Policy (One Account Per Player): Each individual player is strictly permitted only one (1) registered account. Multi-accounting, registering alternate ("alt") accounts, or using multiple accounts to manipulate gameplay or economy is strictly forbidden.
- Newsletter & Communication Permissions: By creating an account and agreeing to these Terms, you consent to receive game announcements, updates, promotional materials, and related communications. You may manage your category preferences or unsubscribe at any time via your account settings or the unsubscribe link in any email.
- Account sharing, selling, trading, or transferring accounts is strictly prohibited.
3. Code of Conduct & Fair Play
DustraWorld is a shared multiplayer world. You agree NOT to:
- Register or operate multiple accounts, or evade active bans via alternate accounts.
- Use unauthorized third-party software, bots, macros, packet injection, or automated scripts to interact with the game.
- Exploit software bugs, glitches, or economy loopholes. Any discovered exploits must be reported immediately via Support.
- Engage in harassment, hate speech, threats, griefing, or toxic communication in public channels or forums.
- Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or disrupt server infrastructure, API endpoints, or database services.
4. Virtual Items, Progression & Ownership
All game characters, stats, virtual items, currency, journal milestones, lore entries, and assets remain the exclusive intellectual property of Divergent Softworks Ltd. You are granted a limited, revocable, non-exclusive license to use these items within the context of gameplay. Virtual items hold no real-world monetary value and may not be sold or redeemed for real-world currency.
5. Account Suspension & Termination
We reserve the right to warn, temporarily suspend, or permanently ban any account found in violation of these Terms (including multi-accounting, exploiting, botting, or conduct violations), with or without prior notice. Violating the Single-Account Policy will result in the immediate permanent ban of all associated accounts. Players who wish to appeal a moderation decision may contact us through our Support Appeal Channel.
6. Disclaimer of Warranties & Limitation of Liability
DustraWorld and all related services are provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted server uptime, error-free simulations, or permanent preservation of game data during developmental balance updates.
7. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify or update these Terms of Service at any time. Any changes will take effect immediately upon posting to this page, as reflected by the "Last Updated" date at the top. We encourage you to review these Terms periodically. Your continued access to or use of DustraWorld following any revisions constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.
